Coldstream Laboratories Expands Board of Directors

Coldstream Laboratories, Inc. adds Frederick Sexton and John Fallone to its Board of Directors.

LEXINGTON, KY (January 5, 2011) - Coldstream Laboratories, Inc. (CLI), a leading provider of formulation development and manufacturing services, is pleased to announce the addition of Frederick Sexton and John Fallone to its Board of Directors.

“I am thrilled to have these gentlemen join our Board of Directors,” commented Larry Kranking, President and CEO of CLI. “Their addition brings our board a wealth of industrial experience, strong leadership, and a proven track record, all of which will be valuable as we continue to focus on growth.”

Mr. Sexton has over 29 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, leading strategic growth and organizational development at both small entrepreneurial companies and larger established organizations. He is particularly skilled at leading start-up companies through the challenges of thier early years and is presently the President and CEO of New World Pharmaceuticals, LLC in Rumson, NJ. Mr. Sexton holds multiple patents for formulations and devices providing unique drug delivery solutions.

Mr. Fallone has more than 30 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing and brings a proven track record as an entrepreneurial executive. He held a variety of positions at Sterling Pharmaceuticals, culminating in Division President of Sterling Organics. He lead the US operations for Nycomed Amersham prior to leading a management buyout of Nycomed’s manufacturing facilities in Rensselear, NY to form Organichem, Corp., where Mr. Fallone was President and CEO. He currently serves as President and CEO of Electro Metrics in Johnstown, NY.

Mr. Sexton and Mr. Fallone join Dr. Len Heller, Dr. Kumble Subbaswamy and Sergio Melgar on the Coldstream Laboratories Board of Directors.
